To celebrate the launch of a legacy cymbal named in honor of Avedis Zildjian III, the father of the modern American cymbal, we wanted to showcase American history and music through the people who gave it its rhythm. From Prohibition-era jazz to the Generation X grunge movement, Zildjian's legendary sound has defined American drumming for nearly a century.
